Oh yeah, it was. I put that costume on at school (I live in Finland, we don't actually celebrate Halloween)and in a bus on my way back home people gave me interesting faces. This photo was taken by my father when I arrived.
Excellent costume. We can see that your cat is not the least bit horrified though. Obviously she identifies you by scent and not looks. To include her into your costume you'd have to find a way to smell horrifying too.
Did you lighten the skin on your face before you did the blood, or is it naturally very pale, and the blood just emphasizes that?

She just wandered at the picture, and I think she thought that fake blood smelled good. *eyeroll*
