Did you sign up for Yuletide? If you haven't already signed up, you'll have to wait for next year. If you have, you can be a beta or a pinch-hitter. You need to join yuletide. All the information is there.

This is my first year and the process is unbelievably complicated, plus they've changed everything so even the experienced ones are having problems. :)
